The hotel had a lovely cozy atmosphere with warm colors and comfortable seating areas, making it perfect for senior people to relax and unwind. The general areas were well-maintained and easy to navigate, with handrails and ramps for accessibility.
It would have been even better if there were more activities specifically designed for senior guests. The children working there could have organized some gentle exercise classes or social events to enhance the vacation experience for older individuals.

Clean and well-maintained apartment with excellent kitchen facilities. the view of the surrounding area was great, especially the Glen Nevis. the property manager was very accommodating, easily extending our stay.
Parking was not as expected, just on-road parking available which seemed run down. the front area of the apartment, advertised as a garden, was just a small gravel area.

I absolutely loved the cozy and charming decor of the hotel. The floral wallpapers and soft curtains reminded me of my own home and made me feel comfortable and at ease. The common areas were always tidy and well-maintained, making it easy for me to navigate and relax. Additionally, the hotel's accessibility was top-notch for us seniors. There were always handrails in the corridors and the staff was always ready to offer a helping hand, ensuring that we felt safe and secure throughout our stay.
If I were to ask for one improvement for a better vacation for seniors, it would be for the children working there to provide more assistance with carrying our luggage to and from our rooms. While they were polite and professional, a little extra help with our bags would have made our stay even more delightful.
